Free e-waste recycling

It's a little late notice, but today at Capitol Circle, Goodwill will be collecting old computers, televisions, VCRs and other e-waste, for free. If you've ever tried to recycle e-waste in Sacramento, you know that the incentive structure is effed up, to be blunt. Which is to say, it costs money, and the number of items that can be recycled at any given time without incurring a large fee is small. Too small to warrant driving all the way to the hazmat dumps in the nether regions of Sacramento County.

Items can be dropped off between 10AM and 2PM. If I could find the power cable to my old Mac, I would cart it down there for sure.
