I haven't posted in ages. I know, it's a broken record around here. I write things, mostly about how much I love yoga and meditation and all they've done for my quality of life. I write these things and leave them in draft form. I don't feel comfortable yammering on about surya namaskara and sirasana (got it, today!) or my newfound fascination with Ashtanga (for which I'm not even certain my body is built).
Maybe I will start to chronicle my yoga practice here more. It would get me used to writing quickly again, which could be a very good thing.
