Making real changes

I always begin the new year with the grandest of plans. I usually plan to become an entirely different person, although I know this to be wholly unrealistic. So this year I hope to focus on just two things:

1) Making exercise a part of my daily routine
2) Being nice, supportive and loving of myself.

It will probably take all my energy to bring the 2nd goal to fruition.
