My lovely friend Ilsa has officially launched her vegan nacho cheese sauce, Nacheez. It's made from raw cashews, filtered water, lemon juice and red peppers. I've been buying it from her kitchen for the past year and a half, and I'm really excited to see her get coverage from

Good Day Sacramento, and very happy that it was well-received!
